Full-time (Day, grave, or swing shift) positions located at Lakeside Hotel Casino in Osceola, IA

The Guest Service Center Specialist / Cashier assists guests with currency exchanges, voucher cash-ins and check cashing.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for communicating activities to supervisor.
• Maintains accountability for GSC; including all necessary deposits, daily check deposits, currency levels and impress levels.
• Responsible for all vault activities during assigned shift.
• Receives and accounts for all funds transferred to and from vault.
• Responsible for payout of slot jackpots, table game fills, and completing paperwork associated with this position.
• Responsible for increasing the database with new guest accounts by communicating casino promotions.
• Any other duties as assigned.
• Other related duties as assigned.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous cash handling experience preferred.
• P roficient with computers and 10 key.

LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS OR REGISTRATIONS: Must be able to obtain and maintain an Iowa Gaming License.

OTHER PROPERTY SPECIFIC DETAILS: Must be 18 years of age or older to work on the Gaming Floor.
