Full-time (day shift) position located at Lakeside Hotel Casino in Osceola, IA

SUMMARY: Responsible for daily surveillance operator duties in addition to learning, maintaining and repairing all CCTV equipment. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Checks all surveillance equipment at the start of the shift to ensure all are in good working condition.
• Troubleshoots and repairs the surveillance equipment as the need arises.
• Responsible for the installation, movement, repair and preventative maintenance of all CCTV equipment
• Must know Avigilon VMS system and how to repair DVR, NVR, etc., related equipment.
• Maintains all components of the Surveillance Room.
• Maintains an inventory of spare parts needed in the repair of the surveillance equipment.
• Makes requisition for purchase of the lacking parts.
• Maintains a log of all downed equipment and repairs, showing length of error and when repaired.
• Coordinates with Surveillance Operators regarding equipment related problems.
• Keeps the surveillance equipment clean at all times.
• Available to respond to emergency calls to perform or facilitate emergency repairs anywhere surveillance equipment is utilized.
• Must be able to read and comprehend technical manuals, manufacturer specifications, and troubleshooting guides used in the installation and repair of technical investigative equipment.
• Understand and administer ICMPs and Gaming Regulations
• Assist in Surveillance operator duties as scheduled/needed.
• Assist with Team member reviews
• Ensure that all reports generated are proof-read for completion and accuracy
• Assist with training of new and current surveillance operators

All Employees must be knowledgeable to all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High school diploma or HSED required.  Two to five years’ surveillance experience preferred

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Must be able to obtain and maintain an Iowa Gaming License.
