Full-time position located at Lakeside Hotel Casino in Osceola, IA

The Table Games Supervisor oversees the table games for an assigned section during an assigned shift. This position works as a Dealer on some shifts and as a Supervisor on other shifts. Must know how to deal several games. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Watches participants in games such as dice, roulette or cards to detect cheating, identify rule violators, and observe persons designated by management.
• Speaks or signals to supervising personnel using hand, telephone, or voice to identify and supply information about suspected violators.
• Examines dice to check for damage or substitution.
• Calculates winnings to verify payment made by dealer.
• Thorough knowledge of the table games offered by the property including the dealing procedures, payouts, cheque handling and game protection.
• Thorough knowledge of gaming regulations and internal controls.
• Ability to manually rate table game play.
• Trains team members to ensure service standards are upheld.
• Works as a Dealer when not working as a Supervisor. 
• Other related duties as assigned.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or HSED preferred.

LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS OR REGISTRATIONS:

• Must be able to obtain and maintain and Iowa Gaming License. Must have valid driver's license- clean driving record.
