1. Pop-Up Bakery at Your Sweet Pickins Venue

Calling all baked good lovers: enjoy multiple home baking businesses Saturday, September 2 for some delicious fun.  This happens regularly on the first Saturday of every month plan to stop by between 9am-12pm for a treat or two.

2. Clarke County Old Iron in the Park and 2 Day Tractor Ride

Stop by downtown Thursday evening, September 7 for a tractor filled square, food by Clarke County Cattlemen, homemade ice cream, and musical entertainment from Tawny Waske.  Here you can register and learn more about their annual tractor ride taking place September 8 & 9.

3. Harvest Barn Fall Fun Farm Opens

Enjoy opening day, September 9, at southern Iowa’s favorite fall destination and marketplace.  Bring the whole family out to make big memories.  New hours this year, Fall Fun Farm is only open Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, September through October. (The Harvest Barn store is still open Wednesdays through Sundays).  Concessions are available every weekend at Trixie’s Feed Bunk.  Some must try items are their Breezy Bacon Burgers and Apple Crisp Caramel Sundaes.

4. Experience East Lake Park with Live Music and Horse Shoes

Grab your lawn chairs and have a relaxing night at  East Lake Park’s amphitheater with FREE live music starting at 7pm, September 9 and 15.

6. The Troubadour Experience - "Tribute to George Strait" at Lakeside Hotel Casino's Amphitheater
