Community, Historic Preservation, Our Partner, Coming, Lifeblood, and Future Look  is what main street is to the City Council, City Administrator, and Mayor of Osceola. At the City Council meeting on Tuesday, November 19th the City renewed the Main Street Iowa Program Agreement.  While there we celebrated the We Are Main Street 40th Anniversary showcasing what Main Street means to them.  We are thankful for their support and commitment in making our downtown main street district successful!
