January Shining Star Award Goes to Misty Schiltz

The January Shining Star Award was presented by Osceola Chamber Main Street and Warrior Osceola January 31. Congratulations to Misty Schiltz of Mayberry's for receiving the award, she was nominated for going above and beyond and displaying exceptional customer service!

Nomination: Misty greets every customer with a big hello and warm smile. She remembers your regular order and offers suggestions based on order history if you're feeling like you want to try something new. This demeanor, however, doesn't end at the counter. Misty is just as energetic and friendly at the gas station, grocery store, and while she's out shopping local in our small town. Misty embodies exceptional customer service and we are all grateful to call her own of our own!
