Kids Scramble for Easter eggs in Downtown Osceola

Last Updated 4/10/2023

A beautiful spring morning brought over 400 people downtown to enjoy the Bunny Brunch and Easter Egg Hunt.   The morning began at 8:30am at the fire hall with the fire department serving up Pancakes (donated by Hy-Vee) and sausage (donated by Osceola Foods).  The Easter Bunny joined us for the occasion greeting all the children as they enjoyed their breakfast.

At 9:30am everyone joined LifePoint Church leaders in front of the bandstand as they led the crowd through games and the story of Easter.  The Egg Hunt commenced, and children filled their baskets with lollipops donated by Darlene’s Variety Store, toothpaste from Clarke County Dental, suckers donated from First Interstate Bank, and filled eggs donated by DES.
