OCMS Awards Over $15,000 in Building Improvement Grants

In keeping with Osceola Chamber Main Street's vision to passionately provide support for stakeholders, encourage business development and increase community engagement in the downtown district and beyond they initiated a Building Improvement Grant program in 2021 with the main objective to promote exterior improvements for small businesses city-wide. 

This grant was created using grant funds received from Clarke County Development Corporation.  CCDC's grant funds are made possible through their license holder partnership with Lakeside Hotel Casino.

Osceola Vision

Osceola Vision received grant funds to encase the south side of their building with stucco to repair the building where it was buckling and falling apart.

Hotel Osceola

Hotel Osceola was awarded a grant for a roof repair.

Ultimate Care Medical Clinic

Ultimate Care Medical Clinic utilized the grant funds to repair their steps leading to their second story units.
